Builder's Bio

As a native Georgian, Jim Hornsby builds homes with Georgians in mind. He began building homes in East Point in the 1990’s, where he became known to his buyers and real estate agents as the "sensitive builder". Jim’s reputation as a builder who is sensitive to the needs of the home buyer spread through each of his projects. Host Properties was founded with a specific purpose: build quality homes at a reasonable price. He likes working with the buyers and is conscious of performing not only during construction but after the construction is complete and the buyers have moved into their new home.

A lot of builders fall short on performance after closing. Jim strives to overcome that stereotype and ensure his buyers are happy for as long as they own one of his homes.
